CANCELLATIONS A 24 hour notice is required if for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you fail to give a notice, then you will be charged 50% of the service price booked. NO SHOW If in the event that an appointment is no showed, you will be charged 75% of the service price booked. LATE If you are running late, please let me know. There will be a 15 minute grace period! If you are later than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, most likely I will have to reschedule your appointment as I have other clients for that day! This will result in you being charged 50% of the service price booked. FEES All fees collected due to rescheduling, running late, or no shows will be nonrefundable & will not be applied to your next booking. CORRECTION If an unfortunate event happens & are unhappy with the service provided. You have 72 hours to notify me. I will gladly fix what you’re wanting. This will be voided if another stylist or you make any changes to your hair. Anything after 72 hours or someone else makes changes. You will be charged full price.
